兹有甲方委托 运输公司入口发电机(产品)，因产品质量与条约约定不符(退货的缘故原由)，经甲、乙双方折衷后，乙方赞许将此产品退回乙方，同时甲方哀求乙方在往后的交易过程中不要再涌现产品非常的征象。

Party A consign Transportation company to import dynamotor from Party B. As the quality of product is not accord the requirement of Contract (detailed reason of returning), Party A return all the products to Party B. Party A simultaneously requires Party B to refrain from any further product defects in future transactions.

Through amiable negotiations, a return agreement has been reached between the seller (hereinafter call Party A )and the buyer (hereinafter call Party B ) that Party B will return all the suits to Party A under the contract No. due to quality issue; details as follows,

兹经买卖方友好协商，乙方将 号条约项下的不合格洋装退货给甲方，现达成下列条款：



1, Party A agreed that Party B would return all the chemical fiber suits under the contract No. ,which was found serious quality issues after it being delivered; and would remake the suits as previous contract regulated.

1、甲方赞许乙方将编号为 条约项下的所有化纤洋装退回，由于这些化洋装服在交付后被创造有严重的质量问题；并按以前的条约规定重新制作。

Regarding with the load of P-5532 frozen pork product, USA original, total weight of 5000 kilogram, 1000 cases. For the carelessness, this container which should have reached Hongkong arrived in Tianjin mistakenly. Conferring with Seller and Buyer，agree to return container from Tianjin to Hong Kong. Buyer agrees to take over the cargo. Agent of Tianjin is handling the re-export products in China, all concerned payment shall be born by Seller.

关于装载P-5532冷冻猪肉产品，美国原装，总重5000公斤，1000箱。
由于轻忽大意，该集装箱本应到达喷鼻香港，却误到了天津。
经与卖方和买方协商，赞许将集装箱从天津退回喷鼻香港。
买方赞许吸收该批货色。
天津的代理公司正在处理中国的转口产品，所有干系用度由卖方承担。
